The third-floor room of Mrs. Marbles boarding house isn't much, but in Victorian London, few can afford to have even moderately high standards. 

Can Elizabeth and Berty withstand the tests of flirting seamstresses, fogged-up mirrors, persistent ghosts, and a rainy November water crisis?
